get a loofah with a long handle and neutrogena clear skin body wash and scrub everyday is all directions- up, down, side to side, circles, reverse circles ( exfoliating ). If the pimples are just little ones, like small bumps all over spot treat it with salicylic acid, if they are big and hurt then spot treat with benzoyl peroxide. start wearing a white cotton tee shirt under your shirt if you can to absorb and prevent sweating. This is important ****Start changing your sheets twice a week and your towels everyday until it clears up. You have to do this at the very least once a week! don't wear anything twice. make sure your laundry detergent is mild and liquid, try ALL hypoallergenic. Gain is strong and causes skin reactions, esp the powered kind. Don't use any perfumes or spray for a while, and make sure your back is covered if you use hair spray. good luck!!!!

First, try clean and clear brand or Neutrogena. Buy a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Clean, tone, moisturize, morning and night. Get benzoyl cream such as Neutrogenas 'On-the-spot' acne treatment, for when pimples pop up. If this doesn't work, go to a dermatologist. You may have some serious acne.

Really it depends on the severity. If they're not too bad, use a strong benzoyl peroxide (10%) cream. It helps if you have someone help you apply it. If not, you can also get a liquid astringent and put it in a spray bottle to make it easier to apply. Nature's Cure also makes a product like this, but it's more expensive. For more severe back-ne, i would see a dermatologist about prescribing tetracycline, minocycline, or in some cases accutane. Hope that helps.

There is actually a special body scrub for that. You can go to anyplace like Meijer or WalMart, go to the Health & Beauty section, and look for Acne wash, there is a special brand that makes it.
