Not a lot of people are actually sexual deviants, even if they have an unusual paraphilia. If it's something actually harmful (to the person themselves or others, but there are not a lot of these), there are certain kinds of psychiatric treatments and counseling that can help, but often people are simply wired to be aroused by what they are aroused by, and it comes down to self control if it is a harmful behavior, and attempts to simulate whatever paraphilia through non-harmful roleplay. (By harmful I mean *actually causing emotional/psychological or (unwanted) physical harm to themselves or others*. People who like pain are not sexual deviants, nor are people who like to dress up, or who like feet or are homosexual. BDSM and similar fetishes that involve physical pain can be done safely and carefully.) Pedophilia and zoophilia are the only ones that come to mind immediately as harmful, and even then, they are only harmful if acted upon (though it can be very difficult no to, which is why therapy is important.) Even rape fantasies are fairly commonplace, and most people are content with roleplay situations in which no one is actually harmed. If they are not, this is when they need to seek help.
