biosilk silk therapy is awesome....also I spray my hair with hairspray before I straighten....it kind of tames out the frizzy and keeps the hair in place!

Try de-frizzing serum, like John Freida's serum, it's in a small container with a tiny pump on top, like the size of a roll of quarters or so - clear - once you straighten your hair, put a little in your hands, rub it around, and then apply it over your hair but only the bottom half. If you get too much on or too much near the roots of your hair, your hair will look greasy. Also make sure you use a lot of conditioner, it will help cut down on the frizzies. I use Fructis conditioner (wash out) when I'm in the shower, and then their thick leave-in conditioner right after I get out of the shower and scrunch-dry my hair a little bit. I've pretty much had good hair this way. I was on swim team in high school and I used that system - excellent conditioning system - and I NEVER had split ends, after all that sun and chlorine? That's saying something. Plus once every two weeks or so at LEAST, let your hair "run wild", like wash it and use some conditioner, but let it dry overnight while you sleep and don't do anything with it. It's giving your hair a day off.

If you know it is going to rain, let your hair curl. If it is going to be humid, it is going to curl anyway and we all know that curly hair does what it wants when it wants. Anyone that has straight hair, just doesn't understand. I like all the Frizz Ease products. I also carry a small tube of handcream in my purse. If things really get back squirt some handcream on your hands, rub it together and smooth it over your hair. It tames it down nicely.
