me and my boyfriend been together for eleven months now and he always say im not nothing,i need to change how i act and say i need to change how i dress,then after he yells at me he want to make up after i cry and say he didnt mean it.what should i do im so confused

Your man has issues. He is trying to act like an alpha when he puts you down but he really is not as confident as he seems. He needs to deal with these issues and you need to decide whether you want to stay with him if he does not deal with the issues. I don't think you deserve to be treated the way you are being treated though.

If your bf doesn't love you for who you are, he will probably never be completely satisfied with you. There will always be something he will want you to change, no matter how well you dress or act.
He sounds like he is trying to control you, and this is not good as it leads to jealousy, anger, and physical abuse.
Have a serious talk with him while things are calm and if he reacts badly you might consider finding someone else who can appreciate you.

Dump him. If he really cares about you he wouldn't judge you, or care what you wear, and he wouldn't yell at you and make you cry. There are other guys out there that are way better then him. <33 Don't waste your life on this guy.
