What happened between the U.S, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia?

The whole Ideal was to get IRAQ out of Kuwait because they would of control the majority of oil and the way to get the oil to market. The US helped then hell who knows. I know I spent 4 months there watching for SCUD with warning they had chemical weapons headed our way. Today I have no clear Ideals. We accomplish some of that but look what we have.
