Yes it is wrong. immoral and illegal. The older party could get in a world of trouble, not to mention all the hurt and problems he could end up causing her. If you are over the age of consent (usually 18) then that is a different story. There is a 12.5 year age difference between my husband and I, but the difference is that I was 31 and he was 44 when we started dating - both well into our adult years, well over the age of consent, and both of us had the wisdom of experience behind us. There is a huge difference in the maturity levels of a 23 year old and a 14 year old. What you want at 14 is not what you want by the time you are 18 or 19. What you want from life will probably change drastically again between 18 and 25.
If you are the 14 year old, trust me, you don't want the heartache of seeing someone that much older. Live your life and try not to grow up so fast. Enjoy being a teenager. In 5 or 6 years you will be greatful. Usually a 23 year old man wants a 14 year old girl because she is young, easy to manipulate and he thinks she will be easy to get into bed. It's not love. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but its true. You don't want to be in that kind of relationship. You could end up broken hearted and possibly even pregnant. Do you think he would care. No because if he did, he would leave you alone, let you enjoy your youth and find someone your own age. Don't be in such a hurry to get this involved. Your young and have your whole life ahead of you to get tied down. Right now just enjoy life.
If you are the 23 year old, then grow up, leave little girls alone and find someone your own age. Do you know what they do to child molestor's in prison, because that is where you are going to end up.

DEFINETLY. That is illegal and disgusting and in this "relationship" they 14 year old will be tricked because the 23 year old is not really in love.

you are too young for a guy that old, he is an adult, you are still a very young minor child. he can go to prison for 20 years.dont do that to him, ..and dont let him touch you at all. get a boy your age if you think you need someone so bad.

yes, it is wrong morally, but if you both are in love then go right ahead as long as you both know what your getting yourselves into. good luck on that one.
