But God made a way where there was no way - by sending His Son Jesus Christ to die in your place and mine, so that we can be reconciled to God.

God demands a response tho from each of us, as this was no cheap exchange. It cost the Lord Jesus Christ His life blood to give you opportunity to be redeemed.

What is your response today?

I love Him, and I want to be with Him here and after.

Sin does not have to be separating us from our God, because Jesus dealt with the sin issue on the cross. We need to ask Him to forgive us our sins and He washes us free of sin.

Read the OT - find the part that actually says that blood sacrifice was the only way. And I mean really find some proof - not just the part of the Law that explains why one shouldn't eat blood, which is the one verse Christians cling to to make the foundation of their faith.

And then find the true Messianic prophecies that Jesus actually fulfilled. Not Isaiah 53 - which was read later when looking for 'proof' of Jesus. Early in Isaiah, the nation itself is called the servant - the witnesses of God. You can't have it both ways. Then take all those supposed prophecies, the virgin birth (which wasn't about the Messiah at all), the silver coins (which wasn't a prophecy at all) and toss them aside. Find some concrete proof that Jesus actually was who you believed.

Then prove this seperation between God and humans.

You can't because there is none. All who seek God find him. There is no great divide. Mankind was not doomed by Adam. The spirit of God has always dwelled in us - and been active in all those who believe. Look at David's words - and tell me about seperation.

Read the Law. Read the OT. Really read - and compare it to what Paul says. Read the misunderstanding - about how all people are evil, when in reality that's not what David was saying. See how Christianity has striped away the goodness of humans.

If God created you - how can you possibly be evil? How can you be so bad, and worthless and tainted with sin? If God - a perfect God, shaped you - then how do you explain this inherent badness that is believed by Christians?

There is a much better way - a way that is more freeing then anything you have ever know.

Read.

You taking a literal interpretation (and a Christian interpretation) without much understanding of what this means. Let me help you out:

The symbolic Christ is your spirit, your holy spirit, your soul. The insertion of your consciousness permits us to be reconciled to god - there was no literal Jesus - in fact your Jesus story predates Christianity by thousands of years and is just another way of permitting you to have an understanding of the fact that you are part animal and part god. My response is stop being so simplistic and thoughtless.

My response is that I don't believe in your idea of a creator god and if you do that's good for you... my response is also that this is not really a question but proselytizing.
