Girls who claim to be too occupied with school usually are telling the truth, meaning that they're NOT interested. Leave her alone.

If she won't give up some of her school time to hang out with you, try asking her to go to the library to study together. Try putting yourself in her element and she would see that you are interested in something that you like and that will impress her.

Ask her about what she's studying and try to take interest.
OFFER to help her study! It's always nice to have a study partner, and even if you don't know anything of the subject, you can always quiz her.. and maybe go out for coffee afterwards.

just ask..but school is important too...i mean if she grows up poor shell be sad...shell be happy and more pleasing if shes happy and successful

get good grades..so that you will have something in common...make study dates.
