i really like this guy sean, we went out for like a month last year but i broke up with him because he still wasnt over his old girlfriend. I really want him to notice me because i feel like i'm invisible around him. Plus i think he might like my best friend rachel. I really really really like him. how do i get him to notice me and not rachel (who always gets the guy)?

First, Don't show that you are jealous of Rachel. Don't try too hard to get his attention that's too obvious. Don't be negative. Compliment him whenever you get the chance and it seems appropriate. Then ask him out. When he says 'yes', let him decide where to go or when. Guys need to feel like they are making the decisions. Don't be a motor mouth. Be feminine.

ask him out on to lunch or something,and try to get to know what he likes in a lady,and let him know that you like him.
