Repent of the things you have done. Reconnect to what He wants you to do and where you should be with Him. We all feel at times that He's not listening, but you have to relize He is. If you pray with faith in Him you will be heard, the bible promises such. Just because He doesn't answer does not mean He hasn't heard you.
Being a "good" or "bad" person has nothing to do with it at all. It's if you are walking with Him, and He is with you, that counts. NOBODY is a good person, all men are wicked, some are just worse than others. We all have sin in us, so we are all wicked and in need of salvation. We only see each other as "good" people compared to what the more wicked people do, this does NOT make you good. We have all at one point commited a sin, and it only takes *1* to go into hell.
If you aren't feeling close to the Lord, it's because you have wandered away or you've been lured by Satan. Turn around, when you come back the Lord will be with you as He was before. He will never leave us.

I was once told that when I felt away from the Lord to turn around and see who had moved. God is always in the same place and we have moved. At this time of year it is a great to renew a relationship. Start with reading your Bible and then attend church on Easter. To rejoice in the resurrection will bring you closer to the Lord.

I think at times we all have experience this in our walk with the Lord, I know I have..The feeling that you have of God being angry with you is just a trick from the enemy..God loves you and He is there with you, and He does hear your prayers..Just start praying to Him, starting reading the Bible, even if you don't feel like doing it, when that happens it usually is the enemy making you feel like that, so you need to take that step and start praying and reading and hearing what God is saying to you...and stay strong at doing it..don't let the enemy get his way, get strong and fight back..

I had that problem growing up, it was awful, then I learned that god didn't exist.
It took my a few years to accept, but I'm better off without an imaginary friend (no offense).
Read the bible, ( I like revelations ) can you honestly say you believe it ?
Talking animals (a snake & a donkey), fitting tons of animals on a boat, stars falling onto earth (when earth is a million times smaller than stars are), and other such impossible things.

First thing is first ... find a church, you can not 'follow after' holiness without Christian help (2 Tim 2.22). Check out my website (devoted to helping people grow close to the Lord).
Secondly, you can not base things completely on emotions. I don't know you personally, so I can't say what your relationship is like. Are you going to the Lord in Prayer every day (you speaking to Him) and reading His word every day (Him speaking to you)? In a relationship, there has to be relational builders. If I want to grow closer to my wife, I must spend time with her.
Imagine a husband and wife who never talked to one another, never gave anything up for one another, never had fellowship or built a communion bond. What would they be like?
There are five ways that Jesus says we can come closer to God: Prayer, Reading and Studying Bible, Fasting, Communion, and Christian Fellowship.

Are you studying the scriptures? The scriptures are like a LIGHTHOUSE BEACON which can guide us OUT of the darkness of THIS world INTO the LIGHT of eternal salvation IF we will STUDY it, ACCEPT it, and OBEY it from our heart. God showed his great love for us by his giving us HIS thought process to guide us to Him.
If you are not feeling close to the Lord...who do you think moved away?
Are you forsaking the assembly of the church when they assemble for bible study and worship? Are you forsaking fellowship with other Christians?
Consider this: When you lite charcoal that has been piled together they burn together. Now when you take one of those coals out of the pile and place it by itself....it will over time grow cold...while the pile stays hot. So it is with Christians. We grow together when we fellowship in the various ways we fellowship.....but when one forsakes the gathering of the church family, they (like the lone coal) grow cold.
Renew your assembling with His church and grow and feel the warmth His church gives. :o)

First of all confess any sin to Him.
Secondly, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, so go to church and get some good teaching.
Read God's Word and meditate on it.
Ask for the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.

You answered your own question.
Go to church. This week. And Easter Sunday.
You're not a bad person. You're a sinner, saved by the Grace of Almighty God.
So - go pay Him a visit on Palm Sunday and Easter and say "thank you".

We all go through times like this. God never leaves nor forsakes,it is us that pull away from Him. Stop looking at the world and it's problems, and start putting God first,as your 1 and only focus.

i think it particularly is a pretend impact to wish for God to circulate into the middle. God is on no account removed from us neither is the dominion of God a techniques away. it particularly is interior all being and is to be got here across/uncovered interior. God does cover interior us. that's what I relatively have got here across. And God exhibits that Presence while it particularly is certain that It comes first in one's existence. while does that Peace which passes all information come? I relatively have been provided that Peace, and lost it. yet now i be attentive to the place to seem for it whether it takes one hundred years, one hundred lifetimes. religious self-discipline, bringing the ego/suggestions point of residing to provide as much as a spiritual point of residing via consistent and unwavering attempt, have faith and learn until we open ourselves sufficient for God's grace to circulate in spite of the incontrovertible fact that us. yet how do all of us be attentive to if we are on the outstanding course, that we are making the outstanding attempt? we can slightly be attentive to if we are guaranteed to our suggestions and thoughts. It comes as quickly as we've stilled the suggestions and senses. it particularly is interior the silence interior that we come across the Substance of Spirit in our lives. "Be nonetheless and be attentive to..." The private prayer has no words yet is a state of being, a state of have faith and receptivity. It takes attempt to reach at that state yet isn't a state of attempt itself. Do you recognize? advantages, Namaste'
