Hi Joyful Joy, don't feel awkward ...
you want some one in your life that you are going to be comfortable with in the long run as well.
Once in a while silent moments are good.
I still love having silent moments with my husband we loOK at each other in a flirty way it makes me smile.
I do understand though that sometimes it can get a little to quite...
but what I do is ask ? that I have like:
"ok what are your thoughts right now this second in your life"
"If you had the chance to go anywhere that you wanted where would it be,what would you do there"
Ask him questions that will show him that ...hey she cares to know "all" different things about me.
Show him the interesting side of you.
Hoping that this doesn't fail you but if it does you could always just jump on him and start kissing madly.
