Anybody can make a circuit with 210 dB of gain.
The trick is- how much Noise are you willing to tolerate?

210dB of gain, with 201dB of noise, would qualify- but I doubt it would be practical.

What's the signal?

If it's RF, what band are you talking? HF, VHF, UHF...?
AM or FM? Do you want an IF section?
If so, what bandwidth? 10KHz, 5MHz...?
