How do you get rid of worms in humans?

My puppy has worms and we are currently treating it, today my boyfriend said when he went to the bathroom there was a worm in his poop. How does he get rid of the worms without going to the doctor, we do not have medical insurance.

You're going to have to find a free clinic then in your area because there is a special medicine he'll have to take. There's no other way to get rid of them, unfortunately. They will itch like crazy at night and not at all during the day. The longer he lets them go the more they will re- produce, I know it's awful but the medicine works immediately!
