Yes. It was made by Sikorsky and I believe it was called the Heli-home It was the same helicopter that the Navy used to use for Search and rescue missions back in the 60's. It had the interior redone to include all the ammenities needed for camping.

Considering the amount of power needed just get a helicopter off the ground, the luxuries you mentioned are a bit over the top, but have a look at a gyrocopter. I saw once in a magazine a camper trailer which had, literally, a hangar in the back, where they stored the gyro. Whenever they stopped at an interesting place, they'd get out the gyro and have a look at the scenery from the air. Now THAT'S luxury!
Incidentally, I once built a kit sailing boat for the family, but had to alter it to fit a portable toilet inside. The original design had - in both ways - no head room, and I had to lift the roof.

I saw a show on t.v. about unique forms of transportation. They had a motor home, that you could drive straight down the boat ramp, and now you are afloat, and cruising for the boat ramp on the other side of the lake. It was crazy! I thought for sure it would tip over, be top heavy I guess. It wasn't at all. Paddles dropped down from the sides, used like rudders. The engine continued running, the exhaust pipe was high above the motorhome, so water didn't back in from there. When he got to shore, he flipped a switch, and the paddles folded back under the carriage. Nobody ever got out of the motorhome, during the entire trip. All controls were inside, and the lady cooked them lunch, while on the trip across the lake. Fun stuff!

People use helicopters to get way out in the wilderness, but there are none that have fixed amenities like those.
There would be no reason to have something like that, since it would hamper normal flying greatly. I doubt someone would want to fly one if they werent going to use it for camping.
It would make much more sense to make something attachable, like the two pods they use to carry casualties on old choppers.
Maybe a belly pod.
I highly doubt anybody would do that, but thats how I would.
