Hi there I am a Veterinarian Tech and pleased to tell you no, your dog cannot go into heat once spayed. When a female is spayed it is a complete ovarianhysterectomy (ovaries, uterus, etc.), so no worries! It is impossible for females to go into heat without the girlie parts :) Hope this helps!

No the ovaries which are the source of the hormones that cause a dog to go into heat are removed. No heats, no pregnancies, no ovarian cancer.

Do you mean go into heat or attractive to males. The surgery removes the ovaries and uterus , sometimes , but very rare some can be left behind. In that case she could remain attractive to males.
