Only if you scratch it with the tooth of a rabid bat.

Only if you put your finger in a petri dish of rabies and then scratched your ear to the point where you pierced the flesh and the rabies mixed into your blood in the ear

It is possible, but EXTREMELY remote. The only way you could do that would be to have the saliva of an infected animal on your hand when you scratch your ear, and you would have to break the skin of your ear to introduce the virus into your body. Or, if you have scratched your ear open and a rabid animal licks your ear, the virus could enter the scratch. Very unlikely to happen.
