Yeah, the "it" clubs can be very hard to get into. It helps if you're a cute girl and you're with cute girlfriends. Or tip the bouncer big time. =)
A couple fun restaurants I enjoy are "Blowfish" sushi on Sunset, and the "Geisha House" in Hollywood has a super cool interior.

I don't know any night clubs, since I am sixteen, but you must go to Pinks Hot Dog stand. They serve the best hotdogs in LA. Google it for directions.
