There's a reason why you and him aren't together. Just think back to why your not together. I was in a relationship for 3 years and we broke up a year ago. I would slip into these moods where i wanted him back and then when we would talk, it would make me realize why we broke up. All I'm saying is that you need to look at yourself right now and figure out why you want him back..for someone to care for you? or what? Just think about the things that happened in the relationship that aren't worth going through again. If it's meant to be it will be...don't try forcing something to happen...If you truly think that you want him back, call him and see if you guys can sit down and talk. Mean for lunch or something... Why do you want him back after a year of not being together?
Hope i helped...Please think about it before doing it!

It would depend on why the two of you broke up in the first place as to whether or not you should try to get back together with him. You say, "i did move on," but it sounds like you really haven't done that. If you know that he has moved on, then even though it's hard to do, let him go. I don't know your situation, but please consider the possibility that there may be someone out there who is better for you. Anyways, there is really nothing you can do to get him back if he doesn't want you back. Trying to make someone love or want to be with someone almost never works, and even if it does, it usually does not last long. It doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with you. There just may never have been enough chemistry between the two of you. Like I said, only you really know if the relationship is worth pursuing again...

There are hints of doubt in every decision, and how you react after the breakup can either confirm or contradict those doubts. Begging, pleading, and groveling will not win her back. Behaviors and actions portraying you as needy or desperate will only support her impulse to end your relationship.
You'll also commit the critical mistake of turning her support group against you. Every action and mistake you've made is multiplied as it's discussed and examined at length with her family and friends. In most cases, the less they have to talk about the better your situation will be.
Every woman wants what they can't have, and if you've stopped calling, texting, and sending emails every twenty minutes they'll want to know why.

Time passes and it just may be too late. You will have to accept that and find a way to get over it if he doesn't want to look back. Other than that, just try rebuilding the friendship. Talk to him and find out what's going on in his life. If he is involved with someone else you need to respect that but if he's not then you can eventually let him know you are still interested. Good luck to you : )

A great way to get your ex back is https://tr.im/IdsI5
They might realize they need you and come crawling back!
If you do get back together, don't let the same issues that destroyed your relationship crop up again. Have a good, long talk about how you're both going to make it right this time.

This program definitely helped me through my breakup. About a year and a half ago my lover of four years and I broke up and I desperately wanted ex back, and because of some of the advice you had given, I was able to! Time went on and things were back to the way they were, and were not together anymore, and it’s okay. I wouldn’t have been able to go through the realization process had I not read these, as well. This program were very beneficial to me, though I don’t need them anymore, they were always appreciated. Thank so much - https://shortly.im/ph3mv

There are lots of people who will give you advice on how to get your boyfriend back but unfortunately not
all of this is good advice. Some of the people who give you not so good advice probably are trying to
help but haven't actually been through what you're going through right now. Unless someone has actually
experienced the pain of being dumped by their boyfriend, the sleepless nights, lack of appetite and let's
not forget how it throws off your monthly cycle, they can't really give you first hand information.
