Click on the thumbs up and thumbs down belo the answer. Maybe you have to be at level 2 to do this.

I just signed up here so I'm not sure either but I think we have to make it past Level 1, maybe even Level 2. But I'm not really sure?

You have to get to level two before you can do that.
