Even Satan knows that there is a God, and that he is the Creator of all things.

To tell you the truth, I really wasn't sure what Atheist believe, that's why I ask the question.
I don't use hell or satan to scare anyone, I am not the one to say that's where you go or not, that's not for me to make that judgment. people believe what they want. I truly thought some of you did believe in Satan.

I think that religion is a man-made belief to describe the world, control flow of resources, and set up early moral/ethical systems that are no longer applicable or acceptable today. Many religions used violence to spread their ideas. That's where the concept of hell came from.
I do not believe in Satan. If you're going to make a claim, you must be able to prove it. Or stop using hellfire to threaten people who hold a different philosophical position than you do. Either would make me happy.

Nope, in order to believe in satan, you have to believe in god as well, because satan was an angel, cast out of heaven...blah, blah, blah. But the big misunderstanding here is that atheists believe in any kind of theoretical god, angels, or demons. Atheist literally means without belief. We don't believe in any of that stuff. I am a believer in science, and nature. Atheists don't have any kind of religious beliefs at all.

Is this a serious question?
I don't believe in the lies of Christianity as a whole, not just God! That means the flood, the parting of the Red Sea, the water into wine, and even Satan are ALL false as far as I'm concerned.
An ignorant question, at best.

Satan is a creature of God. God created Satan.
If an atheist does not believe in God, he or she would be very unlikely to believe in such creations as Satan.
(I'm an agnostic.)

Do you believe in Loki of the Norse?
How about Set of the Egyptians?
Hades of the Greeks?
Ea of the Babylonians?
Velnius of the Lithuanians?
Ahriman of the Zoroastrians?
Megatron of the Transformers?
No. As an adult you know all this is superstitious nonsense, (except Megatron of the Transformers who is clearly real). So why do you believe mythical nonsense about devils? Have any testable evidence that such things exist?
I thought not. I don't have any testable evidence either, and wars in heaven and invisble beings of good and evil, it's all a pretty wild claim to accept without proof, don't you think?

No, a true atheist has no supernatural beliefs. Atheists don't believe in gods, devils, demons, ghosts, spirits, fairies, gnomes, the New York Yankees or the Easter Bunny. So no God, no Satan. Sorry, Charlie.

I am an atheist and I don't believe in Satan, YHWH, Jesus, Zeus, Baal, the Flying Spaghetti Monster, etc.
it would be extremely unusual to find an atheist who believes in Satan. That would not truly be atheism.

Nope. If anything it would make more sense to see Satan as purely symbolic. Just like when viewing any Gods the same way.

I do not believe in Satan. Why would I believe in him if I don't believe in God? I am an atheist by the way.
