Wow...$150? I offer a minimum of $500 in situtations like yours....pain but no treatment. As previously suggested, take your Advil and you'll be fine.

Why haven't you already been to the doctor if you have neck and back pain? Most likely all you need are a few Advil and an x-ray but don't settle any medical aspect of the claim until you are comfortable with the fact you are OK. Usually $150.00 will cover a doctor visit and exam.

The medical and damage settlements are SEPARATE items. You can settle the damage part without even discussing the medical part. For the medical you best get professional advice. You can settle the damage part right now if you want to. Accepting the check for damage has nothing to do with your right to claim injury.

DON'T sign away your rights under any circumstances until you know for certain that you are not permanently injured. Also don't scam. If you're fine, you're fine and be thankful.

You can't be serious? You were rear ended by another driver so that driver is responsibleboth for damages to your vehicle and injuries! You don't have to get their permission on anything! Choose your doctor of choice and make an appointment. Give them the insurance information and the carrier is responsible for the fees as long as the doctor concludes it's accident related.

750 maybe for new bumper, but for injuries don't settle on that til you are injury free, and then see what the final bill is.. Take the car to a couple of body shops, and get 3 estimates then give the insurance company the middle estimate to go with.. DO NOT settle on injurys until you are better, because wtf is 150 going to get you in the medical world.. U cant even wipe your a.ss for that at a doctors office.. Othe wise consult with your insurance... If they refuse to go with what you want, then get a lawyer...
