Stick to your true feelings. Don't let other people make decisions for you. If he truly cares for you, he would not be talking about his love life with co-workers. It's easy for them to make assumptions about you if they don't know you. Who cares what they think. Wait until you are 100% ready in your heart, with him or not with him. Since he mentions it at work, obviously it's an issue with him. There are other things you can do without actual intercourse that would be fun and safe. But, how much of the details is he going to tell people at work? Hope this helps.

Don't let anyone presure you into doing 'it'. Wait you are still young and have yet you blossum into a flower. Do not do it girl I don't care what the girlz at work say. You are doing the right thing. If he wants to make you feel bad about not doing it with him tell him to back off. If he can wait a year he can wait till you marry. Your viginity is something vaulabe well ...priceless. Not many get to have the choice like you. Your first time should be with a man you love fully with your heart and have a commitment of showing it (marrage). Your still young girl just 17 yearz young out of Maybe 70+? Also it is agesnt the law (as far as I know) and you can get him arrested for it even if you are willing. If you are unsure do not do something you will regreat when you older. What if thatz all he was after? and don't lower your virginity to such a lvl that it shouldn't be a big deal. Its a vauable thing that a woman can give only ONCE. If you give him it and he breakz up with you, you will feel empty and used. and what if you marry not a virgen and your husband waited and saved his? Not only would you feel wrong but feel a part that is missing for each time you do it with a differant person you give a part of yourself and you can't take that back. Also consister STD's. With all of this info I gave you I hope you will make the right desistion in the future and for it.
With luck -Stranger

My high school sweetheart is now my hubby. We started dating the summer between 10th & 11th grade. We've now been married 5 years! We were both virgins untill we got married. In my opinion that's the best way to go! It makes your first time so much more special!
But, in your situation you also have other things to consider. 1st of all he's over 18 which means if you do have sex, it w/ legally be considered sagitory rape- even if you decide it's what you want.
2nd You should't be w/ a guy who won't respect your wishes/desires. If you told him you don't want to have sex- that should be a good enough answer. You don't have to explain to him or anyone else why.
3rd - you're so smart for thinking about your future. Most people let their emotions run wild & think about the consequences afterwards. You are smart in not wanting to get pregnant at 17. Or, a STD or a broken heart considering most guys who pressure you into having sex, will not stay in the relationship after they get it.
My advice- break up w/ this guy if he continues to talk about intimate relationship topics w/ others, pressure you, or talks badly about you for not wanting to- again, for whatever reason.
No guy is worth giving up something you have taken a stand on. Good Luck!!

yes - if you don't want to do it, then don't do it. DON'T RISK GETTING PREGNANT! you shouldn't feel pressured into doing something you're not sure of. if your bf is going to keep on bothering you about it, forget him - he just wants to get some and doesn't really care about you. i bet he is going to leave if you get pregnant. break up with him if you need to, you have control of your life your bf can't say what you can do and can't do.
trust me- if you get pregnant it will change your whole life. all your dreams of becoming whoever u wanted to be will be ruined. everything will change in that one night if you decide im not trying to scare you just want you to know what could happen.
good luck.

dating is in line with sexual attraction. And once you're saying which you're actually not attracted to having intercourse, then your attraction is in question. and that's in all risk why the lady breaks up with you. you're making her sense undesirable. the alternative your are making does not artwork nicely in the kind of life the place you reside. in case you have been residing is a few strict Muslim united states, then your option to be a virgin till marriage could've been a favored element to do.

You are absolutely doing the right thing! You are young and mistakes like that are life altering. You will know when you are ready. Don't listen to the others, they are jealous, probably because they have already made their mistakes. Be careful and things will be fine.

Well obviously if you're asking...you're not ready....but that's perfectly fine! don't be pressured to rush into things that you definitely aren't ready for. and if he can't trust you and believes rumors, than should you trust him??? and if he is pressuring you, than he is not worth it...well good luck and hope you make the right decision...
