Is it true that if i squirt my hair with lemon jiuce, it will make it lighter? If so, do I do it in the shower, after my shower or just dry hair?

you squirt it in your hair and go out in the sun. I tried it and it worked. The highlights don't last as long as a real dye, but work pretty well for someone who doesn't want the commitment.

OK I've done this before put it on dry hair make sure your hair is completely soaked with it you can either go outside where it is sunny and hot or use a blow dryer to dry it. It may not turn out as light as you want it but it will be lighter i have dark brown hair and my sister and I manage to get it a blond colour but it takes a while. Don't forget you will smell like a lemon for while afterwards.

You would need to put the lemon juice on your hair and let the strands get exposure to the sun. I suggest mixing the lemon juice with honey because plain lemon juice can cause the strands to be too dry.

For the lemon juice to work properly and really have results, you have to do it in the sunlight, since sun is a natural hair lightener also. Depending how light you want it, depends on how long you stay out. You wash it out afterwards so it doesnt continue to lighten more.

It only works if you put lemon juice in your hair before you go in the sun. Try it when you are tanning. If you want to lighten your hair immeditily, my best suggestion is highlites.

I'm not an expert but I've heard that you put it on dry hair, and sit out in the sun to activate it.

Lemon juice only works if your in the sun for a long period of time. (A few hours)

The best thing u can do is go to the hair dresser and tell them to use the thinning shear. that is the best way to thin your hair. because the lemon juice can harm ur hair and insted of thinning them u can be bold. and u may don't want that. good luck........

buy sun in! its this squirt in stuff that you put into your hair after you shower. you comb it through andd let it dry. it really works! you can put in highlights too if you spary it on certain strips of your hair and not all of it.
