The issue is the question. It assumes God can do anything, which he cannot. He cannot do evil, he cannot stop existing....

This question is a classic straw man that has most Christians looking like the deer in the headlights. At best, it challenges God's omnipotence. At worst, it undermines his existence.
While it is true that God can do anything that is consistent with His nature, it is absurd to suggest that he can do everything. God cannot lie(Hebrews 6:18); he cannot be tempted(James 1:13); and God cannot cease to exist Psalm 102:25-27.

Just as it is impossible to make a one sided triangle, so it is impossible to make a rock too heavy to be moved. What an all-powerful God can create he can obviously move. God can do everything that is logically possible.
Finally, we should note that a wide variety of similar questions are raised to undermine the Christian view of God. Thus, it is crucial that we learn to question the question rather than assuming the question is valid.

Proverbs 26:4-5
"Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you will be like him yourself.
Answer a fool according to his folly, or he will be wise in his own eyes."

That first question is phrased so badly that I can't understand it. The second is easy. God DID create such stones, they are called 'the unrepentent human heart'. Usually, just say the heart of the asker. Only WE can lift such weights up to Him.

it is so hard for humans to understand because we see everything as having a beginning and an ending. God always existed. He always was and always will be. It's really hard to know that God was never born or became-He just always was!
to your second question: God can do anything. He is all-powerful, so no God cannot make a rock that He cannot lift because He can do anything so He can lift a rock.

God is supposed to be all powerful - if God could create something more powerful then himself how could he be all powerful? It's a circular argument - not clevely hidden to ensare theists into an argument that has absolutely no point.

Ask an atheist where the first matter came from to create the universe. It had to come from something. As they claim - something cannot come from nothing.

In truth, Atheists put as much faith into science as theists put in God.

It's so sad, Athesits run so hard from God - and through themselves blindly into something that cannot be one hundred precent proven. The exact problem they have with God.

Sometimes it is best not to answer for you will get some ignorant questions on here. Remember that the word say:

Matthew 7:6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

Meaning:It is counter-productive to try to teach the treasures of Biblical truth to those who reject and ridicule the Scriptures. Their hearts must first be prepared by the Holy Spirit, supplemented by a gracious presentation of Christian evidences (Acts 17:15-34).

the Bible says "God is Love" further "The greatest love a man can give is to lay down your life for a friend, yet when we where His enemies He died for us."
God is good-He has a free will and can do any thing, but he choses to do the Good thing because that is the nature of God-"God is love"

If he created himself out of existence "I will never leave thee nor forsake thee once you have repented and let me in your life" John 10 and Hebrews 13 vs 5

Yes Jesus is the rock of salvation and although sin deserves hell forever when we trust that rock it can not be moved-we are a child of God and headed for heaven.

to answer the first question: tell them it doesn't even make sense. Its like saying "can you fill a hole with air"
the second question, I would say that "man was created in his image. We as humans are perfectly capable of creating things we have no power over, however do to the fact that God created the planets, and the universe I doubt there is nothing he can create that he cannot control.

This is interesting...for the first question, I think you should consider, if at all possible, whether God would actually want to? He finds love and glory in all His creation, and is proud of his children. So, I suppose, it is why would He? For the second one, never. Here's an example. Can a woman give birth to a child she cannot lift? No! If she is stong enough to create the child, she is strong enough to care for it.

Whoever asks you these questions is probably not going to be a person who is inclined to change their ideas at all. They just want to back you into a corner and shake your beliefs. They don't desrve an answer from you. But really, god is out of our comprehension to understand fully (which is why we need to have faith in order to keep beliving) so these questions are just couterproductive to strengthening our faith.
