I want to ask this girl to prom but she is always with her friends and i can never find the right moment to ask her. How can i find a way to ask her to prom without all her friends being around?

Go up to her when she is with her friends and ask if you can talk to her!

Well, go up to her when she's not talking with her friends even though she might be hanging out with them (don't go up to her while she's talking 'cause then all the attention's towards you) and ask to talk to her in private.
But once you're in private don't fiddle around or take a long time to talk because she probably wont think it's the most romantic gesture. Just ask it simply: "Will you go to the prom with me?" And if she says no, she says no.

Well, let's review.
What's so secret about it? I mean, if she says yes you'll be dancing in front of people.
So if you want to be a stone cold playa, walk up to her and ask her in front of her friends.
If you want to be less than stone cold but still a playa, walk up to her in front of her friends and ask if you can speak with her privately for a moment.
Take it from me: Nobody ever died of rejection by a potential prom date. You just wish it was fatal for awhile. Good luck.

buy a bunch of roses or choc whichev is her fav. and write "go to prom?" outside her house or special park she likes going to ..be creative

Who CARES if her friends are around???? SHEESH! She`s gonna end up telling her friends anyway so what`s the big deal if they are there to witness it?
