When dealing with a guy who is real shy, should I make the first move to kiss him. He makes comments about us kissing, but has never made a move on me. I am afraid I will scare him off or something now. What do I do?? Guys what would you think if a girl you liked, up and kissed you?

I'm guessing.. that guys used to do the first move. But, now girls and guys can make the first move.
