Where can I find a website that will offer these images fairly cheap or at no cost?

unless you plan on showing this through the internet no one will know whether you used them or not. Don't worry about it.

You can go to dreamstime.com
They have images for $1 for web use (which is low res so when you print it, it won't be as clear) or for print for $2. They have pretty good images as well.
Another site that might help is xsc.hu
I think those are $1 as well, but I'm not sure, I haven't used it in a while. Personally, I like dreamstime better.

Depends on the type of image you need... I like to use Corbis.com but you will need to sign up with a username. Top quality photos that I don't have to pay a dime for...

go to Getty Images. they offer royalty free images and you can search for anything.

There are still copyright issues involved here. There are, however some stock websites that allow you to use their pictures. www.sxc.hu is one you can start with
