My left ball is much bigger than my right one. It is almost as big as a walnut and my right one is pretty big also, but the left one is way bigger. I have no pain, I feel fine, and I am 15, but I am still worried that it could be cancer. Could it be cancer?

it's perfectly normal. almost all men are "uneven." Cancer would feel like a hard mass in your testicle. most men also hang lower on one side than the other. you have nothing to worry about.

It's very common for one testicle to be slightly smaller than the other.
Still, you should ask your doctor to examine you to confirm everything is all right. If everything is fine, it will just help you not worry about it.
Testicular cancer most often affects men aged between 19 and 44, and all men should be examining their testicles every month. Keep an eye out for early warning signs such as any swelling of the testicle, or a firm pea-sized lump on the testicle, or pain or a dull ache felt in or around the testicle.
If you feel something is wrong...go to the doctor.

One of your balls are going to be bigger than the other and one si going to lean or sag more than the other, it's not cancer, but it's not a bad idea to get checked or check your self when you know what to look for at least once every two months.

You should get it checked out, but I dont think you have cancer. Womens breasts arent the same size in both, so maybe that goes the same for testicles lol but im not a guy so I dont know.
Did you have an accident of any kind that might have caused it to swell?

That's normal, mine are also. Cancer would feel like lumps on the testicle (not in your sac, that could be veins) or a hard testicle. Here is another fun fact about the testicles. The word testicle is based on the Latin "little witnesses"!

It's normal, nothing is perfectly even on the human body. Women's boobs are not the same size as each other if you have the opportunity to take notice.

Yes it is very common. Just like women can have one breast larger than the other. As long as you are healthy, have no pain or illness, I would not worry about it.

yes always, and one willing hang lower than the other, this is so that wont claack together, and is one of natures way of cooling them,cool balls produce richer sperm and more testoterone, making you more manly, the myth about taking a cold shower to cool your sex drive is a lie, cold showers will make you more manly in time

Its normal. Feet are not exactly the same size, hands are not exactly the same size, breasts arent, so I wouldnt worry. See a doctor if you really want to make sure.

get a check up if you are worried. It is normal. One just descended more than the other. To be safe go to the doc.
