Yes, I think girls can ask guys out cuz I mean if the girl likes the guy and just cant wait anymore she will probably go ask him out before someone else snags him..hehe

hell ya. if they really want it that bad then why not. All women talk about these days is being independent. So they can be independent and ask the guy out.

why shouldn't you? is there a law in place where you have to be the dulcet one? but keep in mind, those who ask, are those that pay and set everything up.
