Hello, I am a very busy mother of 3.I spend alot of time doing things with the kids. I work 2 jobs and take care of my house. I don't have much time to excerise. I am only about 50 pounds over weight. Does anyone have any easy diets that I can work into my routine? I do have a tread mill I walk on everyday, I'm just not losing anything. I have had my thyroid checked and all seems to be fine there? So, any diet ideas, excersise routines that have worked for you or even diet pills that you have tried and have found success with. Thanks in advance for all you help.
