Try Panoxyl bar soap 10 % benzoil peroxide. Its sold at any drugstore. It costs maybe $5-6. Gently wash back with wash cloth, not loofah. Loofahs collect bacteria. Try not to shower with very hot water, try lukewarm. Do not pick or squeeze any pimples. Let them dry up and go away on thier own. Also, you should see a dermotologist. They can give you a topical cream to put on your back, like Ziana- a new acne gel, it really works. Maybe they may give you an anti-biotic to clear it up.

any back scrub, specifically with benzol peroxide in it(especially if you are oily), if possible is best. you can also use whatever you use on your face.

you might want to try changing body washes and see if that helps. good luck.
