Met a girl 6 months ago and became very close with her. Started to like her a lot and took her out for V-day. Tried to kiss her and got rejected. Then she started getting flakey and too "busy" to see me. Then I insulted her and we stopped talking. Then I opologized and we started talking again, but still not meeting up in person. Then I told her I liked her and she said she didn't want a boyfriend. So I asked if we can hang out as friends and she says shes too "busy". So I stop talking to her and now she is sending me messages again. Why????
If she doesn't want to be my friend or date me then why is she talking to me? Whats the deal? NEED opinions...

First of all, females change their mind about things frequently and unexpectedly. Sorry, but that's just how we are. This girl seems to be toying with you.
IMHO, she wants to continue to have the power to reject you.
You don't need "friends" like that.
Move on and find some girls who treat you with respect.

Men sometimes like to move faster than some girls like. Six months can seem like only a week, and you never verifie if thats when you became a 'thing' or if thats when you met. valentine's day should be romantic, well to most women {especially prepps} and should be about hugs and laughs, not kisses and make-outs, ect. Perhaps she just thought you were moving too fast. I don't really know all the info,so I can only guess a bit. Maybe she got 'flakey' because she wanted or needed a break, and she didnt want to hurt youso she said she was busy. When you insulted her she was hurt and felt there was reason enough to completely leave you, but when you apoogised, thoug hse was still hurt, she felt she had to accept it to keep up the friendship. That may be why she wont evven hang out as friends, she may think it will lead to other things and your uinsult just hurt too much. I know it sounds odd, cuz most men think a word or two can be taken back, but with some women, it can hurt for months or even years. when she said she didnt want a bofriend, she may have been meaning that she just wanted to be friends----at least for now. shes sending you messages because she wants to keep up the friendship, just not the relationship....

She likes the attention an she is playing with your emotions. She wants u around just n case it don't work out with someone else. Play the game back with her when she message u disappear 4 awhile than all of a sudden start communicating again. when she gets annoyed an ask why u r acting that way ask her why she did it 2 u. Maybe u were 2 busy at the time.

well, first of all, I have to tell you something, all women aren't crazy! but with what you're dealing with right now, I can understand why you might feel that way!
it sounds like she's just playing with you and has no interest in dating or being friends. I have no idea why some people are like that, but some are. I'm sorry that she's hurt you, but in the long run you're going to be a lot better off without her in your life. you deserve to be treated better than that. I just think one of the meanest things to do to someone is play mind games, and it sounds like that's what she's trying to do.
you just need to tell her that you're moving on, and do just that. there are great girls out there who won't treat you like this one.

Just tell her we dont have to be boyfriend and girlfriend but lets just have sex thats probably what she wants any way dont beat around the bush pick up yo' nuts like a man and let her know what it is if she don't feel you then **** her you got nothing to loose and every thand to gain... can ya' dig it ??

It sounds like she decided she didn't like you, and didn't want to hurt your feelings. She just ran away from the situation instead of telling you how she felt. She's immature and knows that you like her, and it flatters her. Basically it sounds like she's stringing you along for the extra ego boost. Sorry man.

wow, that sounds familiar. she may just want somebody to talk to over the phone, but you should be at home waiting for her calls... she seems a lil "flaky" like you said and even dual personality disorder....good luck !

i am a woman, but...yes, woman are very wishy washy sometimes. i don't think she is interested in you, but i think she likes the attention. she knows you will give it to her if she sends you a message.
