Okay these are good answers, but I need more info.. like what I can do at home, with no weights.. or something, I can up to 200 crunches (maybe even more) , 20 push ups. Anything else? I'm trying to do those at home, at like 8:00 p.m. (that might be a bad idea) but .. yah. I guess i'll start walking tommorrow or something. But I know that I WILL have to keep on doing it. I'm 15 if, my age matters... and I can bench about..135 lbs, in the bench press for about 3 times. On the squat I can do up to 225 lbs. I need to excel my self, but not hurt myself. I don't feel like I gain, when I do any of these, sure I might get sore or something, but it only lasts about 10-20 minutes. I need to feel the burn =P.

I suggest eating a lot more vegetables. I just graduated last year and I know from experience that ppl in high school eat a lot of junk food and drink too much soda. Try drinking more water instead and eating more fruit for a healthy snack. Also run in the mornings and in the afternoon for a little bit. For a workout that you can do at home or anywhere, do some pushups, crunches, situps. Do what u feel comfortable do'n at first....5x20 for situps and pushups and 3x3min of continuous crunches(up and down). If you feel like do'n more, then do it. But if you cant do that to start out with, just build yourself up and increase your sets over time. And try to do these within a reasonable amount of time. Dont take too long of breaks in between. You want to be fatigued at the end of your workout or your not doing yourself any good. Just eat small snacks or meals throughout the day, and make sure they're healthy! Running is about the best thing you can do. And sweating is great!, even wear more clothing to sweat even more. Just keep up a workout and dont give up. ...Oh....ice water before a meal will help too...it'll fill you up and increase metabolism. I know its not the best of info....but good luck man.

You need to watch your diet and make sure you eat more vegatables ,and fruits then junk food that is high in calories and sugar. You also need to drink plenty of water. If you drink a glass opf water before meal time then you will eat less because you will feel full faster. You can also drink grapefruit juice with meals which will break down the fat faster and help you to loose weight. As far as exercise goes you can jog just inside around the house or even your bedroom which is better then walking. If your parents don't like that idea then you could try just jogging in place for several minutes but what ever you choose you have to do it consistantly, because doing it just when you want won't work .the more often the better since the more exercise the more calories that are burned.

Do South Beach diet. It is a great diet to follow. Really easy after the first two weeks. Also...don't eat lunch at school. That is starch and carbs, but I also understand that. Make sure your meals are balanced and drink lots of water. 8 8oz glasses a day are recommended. You will lose a lot of weight in the first two weeks of South Beach. I did the first phase for 3 weeks and lost about 22 pounds. You will cut drastically after that, but you will still lose 1-2 pounds a week. Good luck!

I lost 30 pounds this year, and I'm also a high schooler. The things that really worked for me were building up, and dieting. I wouldn't focus so much on streangth workouts, because it will only add muscle to the fat. Instead, try to focus on cardio, and cutting out sugar. You don't really need to go extreme, just take it as it comes and it will come off.

well because you work out some of the weight could be muscle so dont be too down hearted. Other than that eat smaller portions and make sure you are doing exercise. you may try some diets but see if there are any nutritionists that you can ask, because everyone needs a different diet.

Try walking and South Beach Diet. I did and lost 30 lbs and it is pretty easy to stick to after you get through the first two weeks. Later on you can eat out but you just have to watch your carb intake. You can do it, good luck.

Eat less, move more
Really
Sweating is good for you.
You will gain muscle weight when you weight train, so you might want to measure yourself insteadof weigh yourself. You'll see the diff that way.

one good tip is not to eat late in the evening. dont eat after 7pm or even 6pm depending on what time you go to bed. eat an early dinner and do anything you can to keep your mind off food til morning.
eat to live not live to eat
