There's this guy at my school that asked me to go to the dance with him. I barley talk to him but he seems cool and I want to get to know him. The only problem is my close friend hates him, but my other close friends tell me to go for it. I think I should accept his offer to the dance and see what happens for myself but my close friend's opinion is really important to me. WHAT DO I DO?!

well go with him and if it doesnt work out then that is okay
make sure to explain to ur friend why u r going out
if she does not understand then wait until she cools down and appogige

Why does your friend hate him? I say go out with him and if your friend can't deal with it then she isn't that good of a friend!

If you want to get to know him ... then do! He had the confidence to ask you so at least give him a chance.

listen to ur friends they usually know whats best for u when u dont so listen to them above all others
