Have you thought of this? He's younger, loves his older brother, and looks up to him, and therefore likes to be involved with him? When you are the older brother, you have, like it or not, responsibilities. It is disheartening to the younger brother to be rejected by the guy he looks up to. So he constantly looks for approval and relatedness. Try to find time for him and try to find things to do together so that he is reassured that you approve of him and love him.

What are your age's apart are you female need more info. to help.quick answer tell him to leave you alone or you will hang his white sheet off his bed with a coolaid stain on it out the window to dry on a warm saturday. so all his friends will think he pissed his bed last night.
