Here is a link to a workout that changes weekly. Adjust the weights and reps as desired and make sure that you use good form.

wll first you need to start by eating lean meats and protein and simple carbs. then you start with an easy medium weight and start lifting from there.there are some really good sites that can give you a routine as well.i hope i helped. thanks and good luck
