If you have good nutrition and drink enough water, running isn't bad for you... as long as you wear the right shoes and don't have any pain. But don't undereat!

You don't want to weight train every day - you'll exhaust your muscles and risk injuring yourself. Cardio you can do everyday, though if you aren't exercising at all as it is, start more slowly than an hour of running each day. Try an alternating walk/run instead, and if you find yourself getting too tired or having difficulty breathing (not just breathing hard, but having difficulty catching your breath even when you rest), stop. Make sure you are wearing appropriate clothes and supportive shoes, and drink *plenty* of water or low-calorie sports drinks. If you only drink water, make sure to eat some fruit like oranges or bananas when you're done to replenish potassium and vitamin C.
