i tan about an hour everyday if its sunny :)
and i dont eat desert after dinner
i dont eat till im full. and i excerse from 6 to 7 so about an hour a day how can i loose weight on my theghs so they dont look that fat by friday?!

I know a lot of people are going to come here and tell you that you aren't fat. But if you feel a certain way about yourself, try to exercise. If you get an exercise ball you can put it between your legs, squeeze the ball for 5 seconds, release, and then repeat--I used it to get my thighs in nice shape. As for the tanning thing, that's not good on your skin. Keep that up and you'll look 40 when you're 20. Instead try some of the self tanner lotions on the market. Be sure to follow the directions closely and have a mother or friend help you with the hard to reach spots. You're not going to see immediate results with the exercising--but you know what? Wear the skirt anyway! We're all our own worse critic and no one is going to think you look bad except yourself. So feed off of the vibes of everyone else's opinions INSTEAD of being self conscious.

don't worry.

I am about 5 foot and weigh 100 pounds and I am 13, and I don't excercise very much. I want you to look in the mirror. Do you think your fat, or do you think your fat compared to others. Everyone has a different body-type and it is normal to be stalky. Think about it, would you rather be healthy and know you are doing your best to stay that way than starving yourself to death making you look like a skeleton. I love the way I am because I am muscular and I am sure that is your case too. Especially if you excercise so much. I admire your noble decision to do something about your weight and you are definitely not fat. to lose some flab in your thighs you can do squats and jog alot!!! Have you ever run bleachers? They do a wonder for your legs. Hey, and don't forget, it may seem like you are over weight but in God's eyes you are beautiful. YOU are his princess.

I don't think you can change your thighs by Friday... just make sure to wear a top that doesn't accentuate your thighs... which means: nothing too tight.... more something that playfully and tastefully accentuates your upper parts- to draw attention away from the thighs. A tiny waste accentuates your thighs.... so you will have to somehow not showcase your tiny waste line, if you don't want your thighs to look too big.

hold yourself in a doorway for balance and do knee bends or squats, 150 to 200 at a time morning and night, your thighs will appear hard , firm and small matching your body

hi-
you cannot spot-reduce. you need to run, do pilaties and other workouts inorder to lose the "flab" where either a longer skirt or leggings if your ashamed of your thighs.
