Depends on how long you knew her. Are you two friends or is this someone you barely even know. If you knew her for a while you should just be real with her and tell her you like her. If you don't know her, just talk to her and go from there.

pull her aside and tell her you need to talk to her about something important. Tell all yer and her friends a teacher or something needs to talk to you two. Then get her alone and just say "I like you (name here). And I dont know if you like me but thats just how I feel." Then base the rest on her response.

Just say I Love You or do some thing like getting her something nice with a card that says I Like You.

if you a worried that she doesn't like you first become friends wit her. if she already your friend just be casual and say hey you wanna go to the movies, dinner, etc. and slowly so that she finds a person before u have time to ask so just slowly come to the question and ask her. it might be hard but its alott better than not asking and never finding out if she likes you back

try sending her flowers or a teddy bear or some candy when valentine's day comes around if she is a friend always be there for her through the good times and the bad times.

first let her get used to you being were she is like saying hi everytime you meet her.
Second after that see if shes showing any sighns that she likes you.third ask out in a date.
thats my advice.
