How do man adapt to his environment by transportation in general?

Mechanism of transportation allow a man to travel from one population to another much faster and more often then they would otherwise be able too. It also causes movement of plants and animals from one area to another. Organisms like clover and gray squirrels were brought to America from Europe. Organism like potatoes, corn and guinea pigs were brought from America to Europe. It can cause major changes in the environment for example the European gray squirrels have replaced native red squirrels in most parts of the US.
