That means not to waste your time. There are too many other girls out there waiting to be chosen by a young intelligent, kind and courteous gentleman, such as, yourself. Take your time and decide what it is that you want in a companion. This may be what the young lady is doing before she commits herself.
Dating is not a relationship, per se. It is the process of getting to know the other person before committing to a closer or more intimate relationship. Use the dating time wisely, and delve into getting to know each other. You may find out that you are incompatible or that you wish you'd never met that person.
