Yeah sometimes boys would do things to prove that they can get any girl they want, but he is your best friend, I wouldn't advice you to go and tell her how you feel because your best friend might have develop strong feelings for this girl, maybe you should talk to your friend first, to see what he think and let him know that you liked her first so it's only fair that he sits and listen

You may have liked her first but listen to yourself you did say 'my bet friend's girl" (I think that should set off a warning bell). There is nothing wrong with liking her, afterall sometimes we cannot control our feelings. What would be wrong however is if you should try to act on it.

wow. that's pretty low of him to date her even though you liked her first. but i would say that you need to move on because if they break up, then you really shouldn't date her because thats kinda wrong.
