Love and lust are very diffrent but its not common for people to confuse them.
Love is a complex web of vast humanity filled with sureness and readiness.
Lust is just somthing people feel towards one another when they find their physical body attractive or "sexy".

Mix them up. If you are with someone and the only thing you care about is his looks and how sexy he/she is, it's lust. If two people have alot in common, get along well, and are friends to each other, then it's love.

Not the same. And people do get them confused!
You can have both I guess..being lustful with some one you love.
But definitely 2 different things and can be all mixed up

some people mix them up. they are not the same. lust is when you really like someone or you know when someones really cute/hot your just like aww look at him type of thing. but love is when you dont stop thinking about them, whenever you see or talk to them over the phone you get all tingly inside. you cant put love in words. thats love.

Love is when you know in your heart that the other person feels the same as you...Lust is when they treat you bad or dont feel the same way you do and you still stay with them..But were human....ohio

These are the definitions of both:
Lust - To have an intense or obsessive desire, especially one that is sexual.
Love - A deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude toward a person, such as that arising from kinship, recognition of attractive qualities, or a sense of underlying oneness.
Also....To experience deep affection or intense desire for another.
So i guess lust can be appart of love? But i wouldn't say they are the same.

Why do women form a loving bond with sex and men don't have any emotional chemical reaction other then feeling satisified? A woman releases the same chemicals she does during breastfeeding that form an emotional bond during sex. Men release the same chemicals we do after beating Halo or having a lot of fun.
My advice is to love him before you lust for him.

Lust is what attracts you the person
Love is what keeps you with the person after u see who they really are and it doesn't matter

love and lust are definately two different things. love is having a strong affection, care, and sincere concern for someone. to love is to appreciate someone for them, and not for their assests or what they have (no materialistic things). lust, is a phase, and comes and goes like seasons. lust is a temporary infatuation with someone, like you're yearning for attention, so you see it as a quick answer. lust is like a fling, sometimes even just hormones out of control and needing something. oh yeah, trust me they are different =)
