You can have as many guy friend as you please as long as their not friends with benefits. It becomes a problem if you're sleeping with some of them.

A "Bad thing" is subjective. Besides, why do you care about what other people think if they judge you by the gender of friends you keep? Some guys are just more loyal to female friends than girls are. Sorry, some women are just too damn vindictive.

Majority of my friends are male. In fact, I wish I didn't have to have female bridesmaids at my wedding, because I only have 3, and they don't get along with each other. I think it would be uncomfortable to put my best guy bud in a dress.

It shouldn't matter, so use that as a gauge on how insecure a guy is. If he gets all jealous and doesn't get along with your guy friends, then he is pretty insecure and you have to take that into consideration when deciding to have a relationship. HOWEVER, one thing to keep in mind is that, as shallow as this sounds, 90% of [single] guys are friends with a girl becuase they like them. So your guy "friends" may not feel the same about you as you do for them.

Why would it be a bad thing?
By having many guy friends you get to know the whole guy way of thinking better. It comes in handy.

Sweetie,i do not think that the sex of a person controls how many friends one has.Friends are great, and you can never have too many.It isnt wrong to have male friends. It is great to have friends who are female as well as male.It doesnt matter whether they are male or female. It does not make her any less of a person,or should not give her a reputation as they are simply friends.Good luck hun,and have a good night!

No. But you might think about why you have so many guy friends. Are you worried about social implications? Maybe you should try branching out and have more friends that are girls. If you dont want to change then dont feel pressure to.

Nope as long as ur not like flirting w/ every single 1 of them. I think girls get along better w/ boys rather than other girls. Cuz there are certain girls who always got something bad to say about you. I rarely ever hear guys talking bad about other guys or girls.

Well, if you have a boyfriend who could get jealous easily, then yes. But I have TONS of guy friends, and to them I'm like the little sister/friend who they stick up for, talk to, and are always there for me. Just make sure you don't neglect the girls, otherwise it could become a problem. . .<3

No WAY! Guys are awesome people to hang out with. They tend to be more laid back then girls, and they definetly dont gossip as much as girls do. I have tons of guy friends. So don't worry about it. Unless, you're doing stuff with them. Then, that's a different story...

No, but just remember that someday you are all going to grow up and you may lose some of your closest friends to jealous wives, that's what happened to my mom and it's happening to me too.
Just be sure to have some great girl friends too!

No, not unless guys that aren't your friends feel like they don't have a chance with you because you're constantly surrounded by other guys. And don't make any girls mad at you, because they will not forget it.
And don't act slutty or suggestive around them, because you'll ruin your reputation.
That happened at my school, and that girl is viewed as "easy".
