go out...all the time go to coffee shops, a bar if you're old enough, anywhere that people congregate. Talk to EVERYONE about anything (just dont talk about something mundane) and by everyone i mean talk to guys too, sometimes they'll be with a female friend with them and wouldnt mind introducing you to her if you seem like a cool guy. Just get out there and let people know who you are!

Just be yourself and tell her how you feel strait up and if you too nervous to do that give her little hints... like flowers and a note.... we love that!
