There isn't one thing .... there are many : )
Lotsa hugs n kisses ... playfulness .... the wonder in everything they find that makes you see it in a new way ..... unconditional love .... the simplicity of their thoughts that at times can seem more real and logical than our own .... being able to care for this little person that looks to you for everything ...... to share with them and watch them grow and change .... this is a privilege .... never a chore .... sometimes they even teach us how to love again when we think it's impossible.
I have a son, he is now twelve. We've been through much together and are very close. Every single day he brings me joy and warms my heart completely.I wouldn't take anything over and above the relationship we share. Kids are awesome!

My two working girls show me they listened well before leaving
home. They've both had plenty help from me to get to where they are; rent & deposit money, funds during the food strike,
driving school, and a down payment on a truck. They both
bank with Wells Fargo, same as mom. My expenses went up
last Nov. It is so cute to find these transfers from their accounts
into mine!

When they care about someone other than themselves. My kids and I were watching the news on TV one day. One of the stories had to do with a recent storm and people out of their homes due to the weather. My girls, 9 and 4 yrs old, both said, "mom, that is so sad that they lost their homes. We should do something for them."

Tell me, give me a hug or kiss, help out with the house, be polite, be respectful and kind. Do something special with me or make me a card, take me out to do something nice, ect...Just spending time with them, good quality time makes me truly happy and seeing them succeed in life.

1) a simple smile and say Hi Mom
2) come in and pitch in on the dishes or to say
hey you cooked, go sit down I got the dishes mom, start laundry for her
3)Send her a card in the mail, she will get it while you are out and she will have to know you thought of her..... means A LOT
I love my kids and no one comes before my kids. They are what completed my life, and my heart and they know it

There are so many things i dont know how to pick just one. But i guess it would be when they look at you with that sweet smile and tell me that they love me. My heart just over flows everytime.
