Seriously, you may think I am crazy.
But my mom isn't crazy and she wouldn't like to me.
She said that she was in the ocean and she was about to die or something and she couldn't get air or something and before she allmost died she saw God and he gave her a second chance to live her life.
She said this is because she has stong faith.
My mom had a long story about this but I shortened it out.
I believe her and I believe in God.
Do you believe my mom saw God?
I mean come on she was about to die and God gave her a second chance!
DONT THINK I'M CRAZY!

You are NOT crazy!
Ignore all those people who will say, "No man has seen God," it is a mistranslation of the Bible. (I believe the Bible to be the word of God, but I know that it has several mistakes.)
Also, Stephen saw God just before he was murdered. He was not hallucinating, nor was he yet injured. They picked up stones after he told those around him what he was seeing.(See Acts 7:55-56)
My mother also had an experience where she died, and the Lord allowed her to come back.
Go to near-death.com and find out a lot more.
Just a note: When they say reincarnation, we would say resurrection. Reincarnation means taking on flesh (bodies) again. Jesus Christ made this possible for all of us.

I believe that your Mom saw one of God's messengers. An angel who was helping her. It says in the Bible that no one can see God and live. But angels appear when people really need the help.
My husband was very upset one time because he had no idea how we were ever going to manage to take care of our son, who was dying. The hospital didn't want to keep him because of costs. We didn't have the money for a private nurse, and we were physically and emotionally unable to take care of him.
My husband went outside for a cigarette at his job. He looked up, and cried out "God, I just can't do this any more." Suddenly, there was a voice all around him, which said to him "Don't worry. I will take care of it." And there was a figure in the clouds overhead.
That was the day that our son's condition changed, and the hospital had to concede that he needed to stay. He died a couple of weeks later.
Yes, an angel, or a messenger for God was there that day.

i'm particular it particularly is barely a paradox and not a contradiction. i've got not studied this subject count in intensity besides the undeniable fact that it particularly is feasible it particularly is like the burning bush. They seen God's face by way of a picture, representation, or manifestation in spite of the incontrovertible fact that no longer seen His (image of the invisible God-Colossians a million:15) face straight away. Jesus grow to be God interior the flesh...yet you will argue that God is an invisible spirit.

I believe it, My mum had a near death-experience once too and she had vision, she didnt see God, but she was on this rickety, slippery bridge with a black river underneath it and a beautiful place on the other side... and she slipped down one of the gaps in the bridge and she was holding on and people from the black river were trying to climb up her to get on the Bridge and go to what Mum said was Heaven (the beautiful place) as opposed to Hell which is what Mum said the black river was leading to. She then cried out to God and the Next thing she can remember is waking up in the Hospital.
I believe my Mother, and I believe you and your mother because I believe in God too...
No I do not think you are crazy, if I did, I'd have to think my mum is crazy too...
God Bless!

I say perhaps it sounds more like she saw Jesus-same as God. I do believe in you. I have read and known a few that died and been to heaven, and they were allow to come back.
I think it's possible that I seen the holy ghost, because it was something I prayed for since God don't usually show himself. So for the first time in my life I prayed, Lord since you won't show yourself, and I know you do come as the holy spirit, can you show yourself as the holy ghost, half hour later a ghost came up to my face as if it was kissing me. I know I am not crazy, some others may think I am, and I don't care what they think.
Praise God.

It is very possiblr that her subconscius conjured up such a hallucination in a time of need to keep her calm enough from going into shock, or immediat death such cases have been reported and interestingly enough have a higher tendency to occur in drowning events, that makes sence however as part of the brain is shutting off and leaves the subconcious to roeam about freely. So I believed your mom was simply hallucinating, but good thing if it calmed her enough to keep her alive, in that way it was a blessing wasnt it?!

It's possible. Also, hallucinations are common in times of severe stress. It doesn't have to either be a lie or the truth. She could simply be mistaken.
The Bible says clearly that no one has ever seen the Lord.(John 1:18)

She thought she did, but how does she know for sure? As another responder has noted, the brain does some odd things in times of high stress.

I do believe God reveals himself to people, but actually see the face of God, not that you said she saw his face, but I do not think so. It would be to much for us. God his so powerful and holy, I don't think we could take it. Did she say she actually saw his body and everything, or just his presence?
