Question

what if i copy the place where i installed a program and put it in another computer would that install the program?

also if i pasted the copied directory to another drive and deleted the original place where the program was and replaced it with the copied directory would the program still work?

You would need to copy the registry settings that were added by the program. Many programs also install hidden files to prevent someone from copying the software.
