i am 5 ft 3 and weigh 48kg...i have big thighs and no waist line... what exercise can i do? and are there any ways i can loose weight on my thighs and waist?

wow isnt 48 kg like 105 lbs???

i'm 5'3" and i weight 150...but i have a waist line and i dont have big thighs or ne thing...i kinda have big boobs...lol...

try crunches...do "road-kill"..when u have ur legs to once side to work the obliques ("love-handles")

also do cardio stuff..u kno go jogging, jump rope, swim (thats the best it works all sorts of muscels)...stuff like that

and remember keep hydrated ....lots of water!! and eat right

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Thighs are the hardest place to lose weight. Each body is different but I am sure there is no way to lose a lot of weight in one week (healthy) i hope you mean. Keep up the cardio.. I am sure you will be in better shape in no time. =]

Absolutely! cardio, cardio and cardio..aerobics, bicycling, jump rope, running, jogging, walking, even housecleaning!
