Typically the doctors will only give you tylenol YOU do not want to take any asprin as it is a blood thinner. But I highly suggest placing a call to your doctors office, even now they have on call - answering service- and they will answer your question best. They know you, your pregnancy and your body best.
Congrats!!

DO NOT take Aspirin or Ibuprofen! Both have shown to have grave effects on unborn babies, especially in the third trimester. They are also blood thinners. Tylenol is the only safe remedy. Try using a cold pack to your forehead if you have a headache, or a heating pad for aches and pains:) Good Luck!!
